How Pariona Pty Ltd Construction Operating System collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Construction & Design Portal (the "Portal" or "Service"), including customers, trial users, and visitors. By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described herein.

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into Pariona Pty Ltd's Master Subscription Agreement.

§ 01

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Pariona Pty Ltd Construction Operating System (Pariona Pty Ltd COS), operating the Construction & Design Portal, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects Personal Information.

Pariona Pty Ltd COS is committed to protecting your privacy and handling Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

§ 02

Definitions

  • Personal Information: Information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not.
  • Sensitive Information: A subset of Personal Information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), such as health or biometric data. Pariona Pty Ltd COS does not intentionally collect Sensitive Information.
  • Project Data: All technical inputs, parameters, and documentation submitted by users, as well as the resulting designs and outputs generated by the Portal.
  • User / You / Your: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Portal.
  • We / Us / Our: Pariona Pty Ltd Construction Operating System (Pariona Pty Ltd COS).
§ 03

Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Information

We collect Personal Information necessary to provide and manage our services:

Identity & Contact Data

Name, email address, phone number, company name, and physical address (including for invoicing and drawing generation).

Account Credentials

Usernames and securely encrypted passwords.

Payment Information

Limited transaction data such as billing history and payment status. Full credit card details are not stored — processed securely by Stripe.

3.2 Project and Output Data
  • Input Data: Technical information provided by users, including project specifications, dimensions, loads, and design parameters.
  • Generated Output: Structural designs, drawings, reports, calculations, and certifications produced by the Portal.
  • Retention: Project Data may be retained for auditing, compliance, professional liability, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes.
3.3 Usage and Technical Data
  • Usage Information: Details of interactions with the Portal, including credit usage, features accessed, session duration, and diagnostic or crash reports.
  • Technical Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, and approximate geographic location.

How We Collect Information

  • Direct Collection: When you create an account, register for a demo or promotional offers, submit project data, communicate with support, or otherwise interact with the Portal.
  • Automated Technologies: Through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools that monitor usage and performance.
  • Third Parties: Limited transaction and verification data from payment processors such as Stripe and other authorised service providers.

Purposes of Collection and Use

Your Personal Information is collected and used for legitimate business purposes:

  • Contract   To provide services under the Master Subscription Agreement.

Consent to Marketing Communications

By registering for promotional materials or consenting through our forms, you agree to receive marketing communications from Pariona Pty Ltd COS via email and SMS.

Opt-Out: You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in marketing emails, replying STOP to any SMS message, or contacting us via the details in Section 15. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service-related communications such as invoices, security alerts, or legal notices.

Pariona Pty Ltd COS does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

Personal Information is primarily stored on secure servers located in Australia. In certain circumstances, data may be transferred to or accessed from other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

When this occurs, Pariona Pty Ltd COS takes reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle Personal Information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including the use of contractual safeguards and due diligence assessments.

Continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
